Fantastico appartamento a Nerja nell'edificio Stella Maris direttamente sulla spiaggia di Playazo con splendide viste sul mare e sulle montagne.
La struttura si trova a soli 50 m dalla spiaggia e in pochi minuti a piedi si possono raggiungere famosi ristoranti e bar. Il centro della città Balcon de Europa dista 1 km ed è raggiungibile in soli 15 minuti.
L'alloggio dispone di una connessione internet (WLAN), un balcone con vista mare, aria condizionata, una grande piscina comune, TV satellitare (nelle seguenti lingue): spagnolo, tedesco).
La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha tutto il necessario per una buona vacanza, inclusa una lavastoviglie!
Possiamo organizzare il tuo pick-up in aeroporto e, in caso di arrivo in ritardo, è possibile ordinare un Welcome Pack.
Check in personale: Il giorno dell'arrivo il tuo Host Manager ti incontrerà personalmente in loco per consegnarti le chiavi e spiegarti tutti i vantaggi di questa eccezionale proprietà.

Wir waren im Januar 4 Wochen in Nerja und das Wetter war leider nicht so gut. Aber in unserer gemütlichen, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung konnte man es gut aushalten. Es gab ein paar Probleme mit dem Fernseher und der Heizung/ Klimaanlage, aber Casasol hat immer in kürzester Zeit einen freundlichen Mitarbeiter geschickt, der geholfen hat. Das hat wunderbar funktioniert! Ob per Mail, oder WhatsApp, ob auf Deutsch oder Englisch...! Super!
Die Lage ist am Rand von Nerja, direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die wunderschöne Bucht. Ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe und in den Ort läuft man ca. 10 Minuten. Wir haben schon für November gebucht, da wir eine sehr schöne Zeit hier im Stella Maris in Nerja verbracht haben. |

There is also a communal pool and well kept manicured garden There are many restaurants, shops and a supermarket was nearby. We arrived after 10pm, Ana met us with the apartment keys and showed where everything was. A bottle of wine and packet of nuts were left for us, I thought that was a lovely touch. Ana was friendly and very helpful answering our questions. Definitely will be back.

Excellent property close to the beach with plenty of bars in easy walking distance. Stress free meet and greet by CASASOL. Please note if you are hiring a car, parking is very limited around the apartment
