Situata nell'ambita zona Parador, questa proprietà è il rifugio ideale per le famiglie che desiderano avere Nerja ai propri piedi senza rinunciare alla tranquillità. Qui la routine è semplice: fare colazione nel patio d'ingresso dell'Urbanización Bajamar per iniziare la giornata e concluderla sulla terrazza superiore, accendendo il barbecue mentre i bambini si divertono nella piscina condominiale.La proprietà: Casa vacanze su due piani più terrazza solarium. Dispone di 3 camere da letto climatizzate al piano superiore (due con letto matrimoniale e una con due letti singoli) con materassi di alta qualità e un bagno completo con doccia. Al piano principale si trovano il soggiorno-sala da pranzo, la cucina indipendente e un bagno di cortesia.
Vita interna ed esterna: La casa si distingue per i suoi tre spazi esterni differenziati: un patio di benvenuto al livello della strada, un salotto luminoso con Internet ad alta velocità e TV internazionale per staccare la spina, e il fiore all'occhiello: una terrazza privata sul tetto. Questo spazio è dotato di un grande tendone e di una zona pranzo all'aperto, che permette di godersi cene all'aperto con vista sul giardino e sulla piscina.
I suoi vantaggi:

✔ Climatizzazione totale: aria condizionata nel salone e nelle tre camere da letto per un riposo garantito.

Posizione e dintorni: La Zona Parador è, forse, la migliore posizione di Nerja. Combina la tranquillità residenziale con la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Burriana, famosa per le sue paella sulla spiaggia e le attività nautiche, e la vicinanza ai divertimenti del centro storico.
Distanze:
• Spiaggia di Carabeillo: a 700 metri.
• Spiaggia di Burriana: a 800 metri.
• Balcón de Europa: a 10 minuti a piedi (1 km).
• Supermercato Mercadona: a 700 metri.
• Ristorante La Puntilla: a 400 metri.
Parcheggio: Non dispone di parcheggio privato. Trattandosi di una zona residenziale consolidata, il parcheggio è pubblico nelle strade adiacenti.
